I am a 10 year resident of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County and have worked hard to know what our area has to offer and the many delightful communities we have around us.  Originally coming from the Seattle area, we have come to love where we live and believe it is the best there is.

 

I provide both residential and commercial real estate services.  This dual role satisfies my need to help others and at the same time takes advantage of my background in Financial Service Executive Management years ago.

 

In addition to being a busy Realtor, I learn whatever I can to be a better Realtor for you.  That includes understanding the market,  understanding the many legal problems you can fall into, and how to extensively use the web to better serve you.  As a residential Realtor I have specific training on investment properties and historic Annapolis homes.  On the Anne Arundel Commercial side, I am almost finished with the prestigious CCIM courses which will give me the premier commercial Realtor designation in the business.

 

I served in the Air Force which is still recognized as serving your country in the extreme Navy town of Annapolis, home of the Naval Academy.

And lastly, I am married to a wonderful, wonderful wife and have three grown and successful children.  I attended Whitman College in Washington State.  On the community service side, I am part of several chambers and Vice Chairman of the Nicolay Foundation, a foundation dedicated to educating people about the dangers of the sun and melanoma as well as raising funds to hopefully find a cure for melanoma.  Yes, I am a melanoma survivor.
